At Bharat Agritech, customer satisfaction is our priority. We manufacture and supply industrial machinery including Wood Crusher Machines, Sawdust Machines, Wood Pellet Machines, Hammer Mill Machines and other biomass processing equipment.

Due to the nature of industrial machinery, our refund and return policy differs from standard consumer products.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started.

Once manufacturing, customization, dispatch preparation or shipping has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

As our products are heavy industrial machines and are often manufactured according to customer requirements, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

A return request may only be considered if:

• The machine received is significantly different from the confirmed order.
• The machine has a manufacturing defect reported immediately upon delivery.
• The machine was damaged during transportation and documented at the time of delivery.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the machine.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

• The order is cancelled before production begins.
• Bharat Agritech is unable to supply the confirmed machine.
• A verified manufacturing defect cannot be repaired or resolved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Machine Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are advised to inspect the machine upon delivery.

Any claims regarding damage, missing parts or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs or videos.

Warranty Support

• Normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
• Unauthorized modifications void warranty.
• Improper maintenance is not covered.

Shipping & Transportation

Transportation and delivery charges are generally non-refundable.

If a return is approved, transportation costs may be deducted from the refundable amount unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Technical Support

Our team provides installation guidance, operational assistance and technical support to ensure optimal machine performance.
